Kaley led Youth & Trends at YouTube through major platform shifts including the pandemic response, Shorts launch, and Generation Z focus. She previously helped Disney rebrand ABC Family to Freeform. Her master's thesis in Sociology examined roller derby culture.

Megan spent over a decade translating cultural insights for Fortune 500 companies. She developed Target's influencer collaboration strategies, connected streaming content with target audiences, and demonstrated to Google the cultural influence of fandoms like the Swifties.
We began collaborating in 2021 when Kaley brought Megan to YouTube as their Gen Z consultant. We combine trend forecasting with sociological analysis, using semiotic and qualitative research, quantitative surveys, and cultural immersion to understand emerging behaviors.
We don't just track culture - we're embedded in it.
